Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://booyahbooks.com/withdrawal.html. If you use this online function, we will send you confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without undue delay, stating the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

When the right of withdrawal expires
For a contract on the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun to perform the contract, provided that you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, you have confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract.
