Terms of sale
What you buy here, what you may do with it, and who stands behind it.
1. Seller
Spark to a Flame Consulting LLP, brand Booyah Books & Beats, 1103–11871 Horseshoe Way, Richmond, BC V7A 5H5, Canada, telephone +49 1736 543 660, info@booyahbooks.com (see legal notice).
2. What you buy
Digital books and coloring books as downloadable files (PDF and, where stated, EPUB). Printed books are sold through Amazon under Amazon's terms, not by us.
3. Licence
You may download, store and print the file as often as you like for private use: your family, your home, or your own classroom. You may not resell, share, upload or distribute the file or printouts, or use it commercially.
4. Contract and payment
The product page is an invitation to order. You place a binding order when you click the pay button on the payment page of our payment service provider Stripe. Payment is processed by Stripe. The price shown on the payment page immediately before you pay is the final price.
5. Delivery
You receive a download link by email immediately after payment. It works for 14 days and up to 5 downloads. If you need a new link, write to us.
6. Who can buy
We do not sell directly to customers resident in Canada. Booyah books are available there through Amazon.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have a right of withdrawal. It expires as described in our withdrawal information once the download is provided with your consent. See: Right of withdrawal.
8. Faulty files
If a file is damaged, incomplete or does not open, write to us. We will send a working file, or refund you if we cannot. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law. For slight negligence we are liable only if we breach an essential contractual obligation (one whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely), and then only for the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
10. Law
The laws of British Columbia, Canada, apply. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
